Introduction
Welcome to Squadin, a service provided by ASSEL AL-IBDAA Business Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Squadin, including but not limited to creative design, marketing, and project management services.
Services Provided
Squadin offers a range of marketing, design, and project management services, which may be modified from time to time. The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal provided to the client.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for Squadin to deliver the services. The client must review and approve all deliverables promptly to avoid delays. Feedback and approvals must be provided through the designated communication channels, such as the client portal or email.
Payment Terms
All payments are due in advance of the service delivery period, based on the agreed-upon pricing plan. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon between the client and Squadin. Any overdue payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds
The client may cancel the services by providing a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be provided for payments already made for the current billing cycle. In the event of early termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees due for services rendered up to the termination date.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative materials, designs, and deliverables produced by Squadin remain the property of Squadin until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client, except for any proprietary tools or software owned by Squadin.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. Neither party will disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Squadin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Squadin’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
Squadin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any Service Agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Squadin and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
