Once your account is created, you’ll gain instant access to the squadin platform, where you can start submitting requests to your team.
At the end of the payment process, you'll be asked to complete a simple onboarding form. You’ll also have the option to schedule an onboarding call with one of our team leaders.
During the onboarding call, we’ll walk you and your team through how our platform works and address any questions you may have before you start collaborating with your new designers.
We match you with your squad based on your initial demo, the details from your onboarding call, the type of work and style you need, and a few other factors.
Onboarding calls usually take around 20-30 minutes, and you can often schedule them for the same day you sign up.
Once you’ve completed onboarding and your first request is in the queue, we’ll match you with your squad, and you’ll be ready to start work. This process typically happens within 1 business day of signing up.
Each request you submit is placed in your personal queue for your squad to work on daily, following the plan you’ve selected with squadin.
Working day-to-day with your squad is just like collaborating with any other remote team member.
Your squad will be available every business day from 9am - 5:30pm (Saudi Arabia time) and will handle your requests one at a time. Once the current active request is completed, your squad will move on to the next one.

✓ We don’t charge on a per-user basis, so your entire team can access and collaborate with your squad.

For shared teams, working hours are predefined based on the package (1:30 or 2:30 hours per day). For dedicated teams, the working hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday. The account manager oversees task assignments and ensures deadlines are met within these hours.
Clients log in to the dedicated client portal provided by us. They submit project or task details, including requirements, objectives, and any relevant documentation. The account manager reviews and assigns tasks to the appropriate team members.
Clients can track project progress in real-time through the client portal. The portal provides updates on milestones, task status, and allows for seamless communication between the client, account manager, and team members.
The account manager ensures all tasks meet our quality standards before delivery. If revisions or additional changes are needed, they are managed promptly, ensuring the final output meets client expectations.
Prices are quoted per month. For shared team packages, there is a minimum commitment of three months paid in advance, with discounts for upfront payments. For dedicated teams, payment terms can be monthly or for a minimum three-month commitment paid in advance.
